What are your first thoughts upon awakening in the morning?

To try and be better than the day before. Also, to try to think positively about the day ahead of me!

Shower or bath?

Shower, definitely! Although, that is mood dependent.

What made you become an actor?

I never wanted to be an Actor... I actually was very fortunate enough to have ‘fallen’ into it when I was nineteen. It has now become my passion and I realized that this is what I was meant to do.

What is your tip for success?

I have a real ‘just keep swimming’ mentality that means I never want to give up! I will have days where I feel I want to throw it all in and give up, but I know that everyone has their down days and these are the times that you need to persevere!

What project are you working on at the moment?

That I can’t disclose at the moment, but I am working on something VERY exciting, and I cant wait to tell everyone about it!

How much are you like the character of Charlie Crow you play in The Covenant or how different?

We are very similar as he embodies the same values that I do. So was easy to tap into a character.

Would you say that he is one of the most complex characters you’ve portrayed?

No, I think he is very straightforward and easygoing. But definitely, one of the most exciting characters I have played to date.

What is it like to get into a head like that?

It was hard as I am not a soldier, so I really had to listen to our military advisor. Oh, and also really embody that brotherhood.

Professionally, what are you better at now than before?

Definitely accents! But again, there is still room for improvement and I am working on it.

Do you have any secret desire to work with a certain director? and why?

I would LOVE to work with Michael B Jordan. After watching Creed 3 and seeing his journey, I have been so inspired. His style of shooting is new and refreshing, especially being an anime fan!

Having worked with Guy Ritchie on multiple times films now, what is that like?

He is incredible to work with and so unique! He allows you to bring your own flavor to the character which is rare with a director. I just find it fascinating how he figures things out on the spot and just trusts whomever he gives the role to that will make it work.

What was it like working alongside Jake Gyllenhaal and Dar Salim, to name a few, in “The Covenant”?

Where do I even start!!! I have been a fan of Jake’s work for as long as I can remember so to share the big screen with him was a truly surreal moment in my life. Not only is he one of the most talented actors of our time, but he is also an amazing person. Dar Salim is a beast - so effortless and natural and again, so welcoming! It truly was a moment for me to be able to watch and learn from two amazing individuals.

Any Humbling moments?

Every day I am humbled! I never wanted to be an actor and fell into it so, for me every job I partake in is beyond a blessing. I really am so grateful for every opportunity I’ve been blessed with. I know I will continue to grow as a person and show compassion and gratitude for everything that comes my way. I really am blessed to be doing what I’m doing and to see it impact people’s lives is more than enough for me.

If not an actor, what would you like to be?

Probably a footballer or a Veterinarian!

Do you like risk?

LOVE IT! With a career like mine, you have to like risks as you never know what can happen.

Are you of method or guts?

Guts.

Have you ever felt typecast?

Never! My career has been so amazing in the sense, I never portrayed a role long enough to only be known for that.

Do you read books? If so what was the last one?

Yeah, I am currently reading ‘The Way of the Peaceful Warrior’!

What scares you?

Wasps!

And what makes you angry?

I am not really an angry person, but people with no manners do tend to annoy me.

What do you do to stay fit?

I go to the gym and play football when I can.

What’s something you could eat for a week straight?

Dixy Chicken lol.

Do you wear glasses?

Yes for when I’m driving or gaming.

Are you interested in clothes and style?

I love clothes, but I don’t have a specific taste. I am more the person that will work with what I have.
