Keegan Hirst is a pioneering rugby figure who came out in 2015. At twenty-seven, after marriage and two children, he embraced his truth, propelling his rugby career to new heights. Today, Keegan enjoys his relationships with his children, partner, and self. He’s also a TED Talk speaker and podcaster, using his platform to advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion and mental health awareness.
