What are your first thoughts on awakening in the morning?
First thoughts to start the day is always, “what’s for breakfast.” Just kidding, but recently I’ve been starting a lot of mornings with music. They kind of help kick my day off and give me a reason wake up mentally and physically. After that, it’s all about game planning for the day ahead. What can I get done today, but more importantly what do I need to get done today. Setting the small goals to start my day usually ends up with me hitting them.
Do you drink coffee or tea?
I tend to drink both, I like to have a detox or herbal tea and then I’ll go with a black coffee with my breakfast.
What do you have for breakfast?
6 out of 7 days I am usually cooking up veggies with a ton of egg whites. I call it an egg white mash-up. Depends what I have in the fridge that day but it’s usually mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, and avocados with a cup of egg whites.
Who is on repeat in your playlist?
Randomly I have been listening to a mixture of Martin Garrix, Rod Wave, Luke Combs, and MGK.
What makes you very happy?
Making birdie putts (a very rare occasion for someone who plays golf as much as I do.)
Who do you think are the most exciting people in the world today?
Lebron James, Tom Brady, Tom Holland, Elon Musk.
Trevor, during the pandemic, you managed to stay healthy and fit. Your Instagram has been an inspiration to us with your weekly working routine.

How did you get started in bodybuilding?
I mean I never actually competed in bodybuilding but I have always been obsessed with finding new ways to build my physique and improve it. I first got a gym membership in 8th grade and since then it became a life long obsession of mine.
Where does your motivation come from?
I find the most strength and motivation from my faith and family. It’s what drives me to be the best version of myself. I have really good people in my corner and I am fortunate and grateful for that, they hold me accountable and except great things from me because they know I have the ability to be great.
What are your tips for success?
Find your passions; It’s cliche but I would say narrow your paths in life to what you find the most fulfillment in. It’s hard to be successful at something you find no enjoyment in.
Figure out your circle; I think your circle is vital. You don’t need many but at least a few you can count on any given moment. Life’s rough and you need to have those people in life who lift you up in those sinking moments, as well as, those who keep you on the straight and narrow.
Learn to fail; As I said, life is a series of highs and lows and you need to understand that failures can be just as beneficial as any successes in life. I love what Michael Jordan said: “I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times I’ve been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” Failures just show you one more way that didn’t work, so get back to the grind and find what does.

In April, you recently announced in partnership with Playbook; you launched the TrevSigFit app. Where did you get the inspiration?
I would say my inspiration comes from helping others. I find a lot of motivation in helping others achieve something, their successes is what drives me to feel successful. That’s what I love about utilizing this app, I get to show others what’s worked for me and put them on a path to be a better version of themselves.
What will the app be like?
The app is great from a consumer’s standpoint. It will have everything you need to try a new workout or program to your liking. It really can benefit someone who just starting to begging their journey in fitness, but also push a person who is a fitness expert. I’ll have workouts that you can perform inside, outside, at home, or at your gym. What I really I love about it is it allows me to engage with everyone on a personal side as well.
Will people have access to you to help train?
Yes of course, in the app you can direct message me anything at anytime. I always want to make sure people are set for success and I prioritize there questions and concerns at all times..
And one last question: what makes a perfect man in 2021?
Not sure if there is anything to make the “perfect male” but I do think we are living in a world today that looks to find what’s wrong with everyone before we find the what’s good in them. I think what makes a great man is the ability to learn, listen, hear, accept and love people. Most people tend to dismiss or walk away from what they don’t know or who they don’t understand, but I think if you can learn to humble yourself and look past your comfort zone, you can learn to love more. I guess that’s what could make you the perfect male for 2021, learning to love more.
