What are your first thoughts on awakening in the morning?

I want coffee and let’s do this. 

Do you drink coffee or tea?

Coffee. 

Do you sing in the shower? If so, what was the last song?

Yes. Besides the car, with the music turned up loudly, it’s the only place I sound good.

Your face (and body) are known globally, which photographer, photographed you first?

At the grand stage of the industry, Bruce Weber. 

Any humbling moments from your first time on the runway?

I was new. I was excited. It was fun. I had no ego. I barely made enough money to eat. There was nothing but humble. 

A Heroine?

Angelina Jolie in Mr. and Mrs. Smith. She’s a badass in that movie and kicks ass all of the time.

What would be your super power?

Superman’s Strength.

Do you read books? If so what was the last one?

Yes. I love military autobiography’s. It sets life in perspective.

Is there a quote that speaks to you?

“I don’t fear death! I fear life, because you can mess that up. You can’t mess up death.” and “Do not worry about people from your past, there is a reason they did not make it to your future.”

Talking or Texting?

If you know me, you know I love to talk.

How would you describe your personal style?

Mine.

Motorcycle or car?

Both! I’m a gear head.

What does your grooming regimen look like?

First you have to have some respect for yourself—if you want to look good for your entire life. Your regimen is your lifestyle. That includes everything that goes in your body and what you do with your body. The food you eat, skin products you use, and remember to avoid toxic energy. That’s my regimen.

Do you think it’s important for a man to be sexy?

Why would anyone not want to be sexy? Being desired is something we all need. 

What makes you very happy?

Lots of things. Giving positive energy as often as I can to everyone around me. You’ll learn that when you live like that you enjoy life a hell of a lot more. 

Dogs or cats?

Either. Animals are awesome companions. And sometimes better than humans.

What do you expect from your friends?

Expecting no more from them than I do of myself which builds a circle of equals. 

What does your exercise regimen look like?

Just exercise. Enjoy it. I love triathlons. I love lifting. I love testing myself. I keep it one to two hard days a week and the rest is about consistency.

What quality do you appreciate most in a woman?

Confidence. Independence. A funny bone or two. Ha and one that does not shy from eating.

What quality do you appreciate in a man?

Leave your arrogance and ego at the door. I don’t have time for insecurity nor the money to hire security for your insecurity.

A place to lose yourself?

The gym, the pool, running, biking.

What social issue are you most passionate about?

Kids. Anything I can be a part of to help kids.

Friday or Sunday?

All seven days.

Wine or Beer?

Beer. Guinness.

What makes a perfect man?

Nothing. Doesn’t exist. And don’t try to be. Remove your ego. No one is that awesome.

Your Favorite City?

Whenever my home is.

Ocean or Mountain?

Both. I live on earth. We have a lot of wonderful places to go. Go and enjoy it all.
