MR. PASCAL BIER
What's your first thought when you wake up?
Food. I’m always looking forward to eating, ‘cause I’m a hungry man.
Are you a coffee or tea man?
Definitely a tea man! I do need one coffee though before hitting the gym and I like coffee with foamy oat milk when hanging out during the day. At home always tea with fresh ginger, that’s how I like it.
Are you a Perfect Man? In your opinion, what does it take to be the Perfect Man?
I don't consider myself 'perfect' so, I am not a perfect guy. But perfect comes in all kind of forms: character, generosity, humility, those things are most important to me, but if we’re talking about looks then the most important qualities are: confidence, being in great shape and strong features would be it.
The Perfect Man embodies both, but then again when you are successful and still are a cool nice guy who respects everybody and the planet we live on, I think that makes you perfect.
What does your perfect day look like?
My perfect day would be, waking up in a nice place where I traveled to or got booked for a job. That's the cool thing of the modeling world, sometimes you go to places you’d never go by your own doing. I love the summertime. For me warm the weather, the beach, a nice village to explore and good sea food are a must. Walking around discovering places and long summer evenings are a my recipe for my perfect day.
What’s your favorite body part on you? And your least favorite?
My fave is my chest. Easy for me to maintain. My least favorite are my shoulders. I am tall guy, so I have lean long muscles it’s hard for me to make them perfectly rounded.
How can we get the Pascal Bier physique?
You must eat balanced and get a lot of exercise. A daily routine works best. I am a very self-motivated person so for me it's not hard to go to the gym and once a week I go for an outdoor run as well.

What’s on your iPhone for workout music at the moment?
At the moment I listen a lot to Yeasayer and if I am doing my cardio I like the new track of The Chemical Bros 'Free Yourself' it’s very high energy.
What life or work accomplishment are you most proud of?
Finding my soulmate and grateful that I am able to do the job I love.
If you had a choice, where would you choose to spend your last day on earth?
Id want to be with my loved one on a small tropical island paradise with lots of animals and fresh fruits. Costa Rica could be it.
Where do you go to switch off?
I go to the gym and switch off or to a nice music venue or concert.
