I am 25 years old.

My height is 180 cm, or 6ft.

What’s your first thought when you wake up?

My morning starts like this: I wash my face, brush my teeth, drink 500 ml of water and then prepare my breakfast of porridge and eggs.

Do you sing in the shower?

Yes, I love to sing in the shower, I have a beautiful voice.

Cat.

What do you sleep in?

I only sleep in a t-shirt.

Do you have a favorite cologne?

No, I like to try a new one every time.

What would be your superpower?

I would like to be like a Patriot from the TV series “The boys”, a Superman!

What does your exercise regimen look like? Do you play any sport?

I do a three day split, split my whole body into three workouts. Usually it is chest + shoulders, back and arms and a separate day of the legs. Although the workout can be very different once a month from this split.

Do you think it’s important for a man to be sexy?

It is not necessary to be sexy, the main thing is to be aware and care for the body. By eating right and playing sports you naturally will look attractive.

If life had a soundtrack what would it be?

The final song from the movie “fight club” came to my mind.

What’s your idea of a perfect evening?

My perfect evening consists of coming home after a workout pleasantly tired, eating a healthy dinner, watching a movie or playing a game. If not I going for an evening wall or a jog in the park, if the weather is good and I was not at the gym that day.

If you had a choice, where would you choose to spend your last day on earth?

I would like to be on the shores of the Pacific Ocean, swimming, enjoying a great sunset and eating seafood with my children and loved ones close.

What makes a perfect man in 2021?

Having firm convictions, principles and big goals, makes a perfect man in 2021.
