What is the first thing you think when you wake up?

Thank you lord.

Coffee or Tea?

Coffee.

Do you sing in the shower? If so, what was the last song?

Haha, honestly the shower is the only place I don’t sing. That’s my moment of silence.

When did you first become interested in making music?

I was in a kids pop group when I was 12. That was when I started making music professional. Today it’s such a natural part of my life.

Do you write your own music?

Yes, everything I’ve ever released. My biggest songs are not even under my own artist name, but songs I’ve written for others.

How has your religious upbringing influenced your life?

I’m a pastors kid in the most secular country in the world - Sweden. That has been beautiful and tough. I still have a strong faith, but unfortunately I’ve been through a lot of hurt when it comes to the church as an institution, despite that my faith is still the best thing I have.

We know you had open heart surgery, how did that moment impact your outlook on life and creativity?

Being so close to death gives you perspective of life. It definitely made me appreciate life even more and live every day to the fullest. I am very much at peace because of all the pain I’ve been through in my life.

What time of the day are you most inspired?

I love mornings. To be productive with my morning coffee is the best thing.

What do you wear when you are most inspired creatively?

Since it’s usually morning, nothing but my boxers.

Do you get bored easily?

I don’t really have time to be bored. Haha.

Do you have any vices?

Haha, I’m literally the one guy who’s never ever had a “bad vice”. I’ve never done alcohol, drugs, cigarettes etc. Feel free to call me a good boy if you want.

Do you wear glasses?

No. I don’t need it yet. My dad does though,so that’s probably my future.

Do you read books? If so what was the last one?

I read 20 books last year. Reading is my way of relaxing. Is it very cheesy that I’m actually reading Mariah Carey’s book at the moment? Haha… I usually read 5 books at the same time, so now I also read “Tim”, the biography of Avicii and then another life changing book, but that’s personal haha.

A quote that speaks to you?

The bible always gives the best quotes. “Treat others the same way you want them to treat you” etc. I love the hope I find in verses about the future, love and worry. God is love.

How would you describe your personal style?

I have an enormous walk in closet. Maybe the next time you meet me we’ll do a “home reportage”.

What do you think about men and pearls?

I wear them a lot myself.

Boxers or briefs?

Boxers.

Do you think it’s important for a man to be sexy?

Haha what a question. First and foremost I believe being sexy is really about someones way of being. How they treat people, having self-distance, being confident and yes I think that’s important. For me I always wanna focus on being real and genuine, before being “sexy” in the world’s way of describing sexy. I do workout though… haha.

How do you feel about cologne, any favorites?

I’m basically the muse of Jean Paul Gauliter. Shot my first campaign for them in 2021 and more to come this year.

What do you do to relax?

I get energy by being with people I love. That always lift me.

What makes you very happy?

Feeling loved, feeling like I live for something bigger than myself, having inspiration and being present in the moment I’m in.

Dog.

A place on this planet that most stimulates you to create?

Stockholm, New York, Paris, Barcelona and London are closest to my heart 2022.

What is your superpower?

My superpower is being happy and always finding the best out of every moment. I never really end up in a bad mood. People almost find that provocative.

Love and heartbreak often inspire, are you in love or heartbroken at the moment?

Romantic love has always been something I’ve pushed away and I honestly feel more true to myself then I’ve ever been before. I’m not in love or heartbroken at the moment, but I can’t wait to be.

What makes a perfect man?

As a man I believe it’s so important to be able to be vulnerable. If we would let ourselves be more transparent and true to who we are that would change a lot. Treat people around you with love and respect and dress well, then you’re pretty much perfect… Haha.
